1| Some Corps members serving in Asarama Community, Andoni Local Government, Rivers state were reportedly robbed and two of them raped by suspected militants.

2| Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia has started reporting at EFCC office for questioning after her 'phony hospital visit' was exposed. She was one of the judges accused of corruption.

3| The spokesman of the PDP 2015 Presidential Elections Publicity team, Femi Fani-Kayode, has been re-arrested by operatives of the EFCC for corruption allegations. His wife was also detained few days back for attempting to withdraw from a frozen account but was 'rescued' by Ekiti Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose.

4| The trials of the embattled former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki, have been streamlined and are to be conducted in one court for speedy prosecution. He was accused, among other things, to have illegally siphoned arms monies running into billions of dollars.

5| Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, has said that corruption is in all arms of government and the Federal Government is working round the clock to fight it irrespective of who's involved.

6| President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly directed the anti-corruption agencies to investigate his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, over the alleged 500m MTN bribe. He was recently fingered in a bribery scandal involving MTN.

7| Former Nigerian Finance Minister, Okonjo Iweala, has been appointed to hold a post in the Advisory panel of the Asian Bank.

8| The former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, has reportedly offered to refund 785m naira stolen Election Fund. He was arrested immediately he came back from the United States to answer to many allegations against him. He's allegedly mentioned Gov Ayo Fayose, Sen Iyiola Omisore and some others as beneficiaries of the billions of dollars he's being investigated for.

9| Lady Gaga's anticipated Joanne Album has hit number one spot on iTunes worldwide. She couldn't hide her joy when she went on Twitter and tweeted "#JOANNE is now #1 in Australia on
@iTunes and in 18 countries around the world! The roll out continues, can't wait till midnight in the US!"

10| The Super Eagles player, Victor Moses, seems not ready to give Mourinho a break as he has again said the former Blues boss didn't speak to him while in Chelsea FC. The promising player has had many appearances this season as against last season when Mou was the Manager.

EDUCATION CDS GROUP EDUCATES HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The Education CDS group in Ekori town carried out their sensitisation Programme with secondary school students. The sensitisation which took place on Thursday, 23rd March, 2017 was a seminar on educational career at Eko Inika Technical College, Ekori. The speakers for the day led by the group’s President, Babalola Oluwafemi, spoke on topics varying from future ambition to the nitty-gritty of the admission process. Apart from Okoro Jonathan, Tay Racheal and Okeke Collins who were the other speakers for the day, others present at the seminar were the students of the school, some of their teachers and other members of the CDS group.
